Role:

As a BDA, You would be responsible for business development and revenue generation. You are responsible to connect with the prospective leads who are mostly working professionals and guide the interested ones on offered Upskilling Education products & services useful for their career growth. Aspirants having  a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Education Insurance, Real estate sectors with exposure to Inside Sales, Career Counselling, Tele Sales, Consulting Sales and willing to work in a Startup kind of environment would be preferred.

Job Description:

  • Counsel, Advise, provide information to professionals on products & services
  • To source sales opportunities and generate prospects by connecting with leads.
  • Diligently need to follow-up with generated prospects and ensure sales closures.
  • To generate leads by connecting with prospective customer data and other sources.
  • Assist professionals in selection of course, application and admission process.
  • Should be comfortable in speaking over mobile with prospective list of customers.
  • Strong inclination to work in Target driven sales environment Weekly & Monthly.

Desired Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills in English.
  • Should possess good listening and customer handling skills.
  • Knowledge on Cold calling, Prospecting, Lead generation & closures
  • Should be persuasive, patient, and persistent with a desire to excel in career.
  • Knowledge on computers and basics of MS-Office.

Career Counsellor  is the face of Career Vidyaa and will guide aspiring professionals and students how to leverage from Online / Distance learning to accelerate their career growth. This is an individual contributor role in a target oriented environment that emphasizes on spreading the unique and flexible way of learning opportunities available from top institutes and universities. Aspirants having a minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar kind of profile are desired. Need desire to work in startup kind of environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

    • Have to do consultative sales with leads, generate prospects and ensure closures.
    • Understand Customer profiles, nterests and explain the learning opportunities available to upskill and upgrade through a structured Counselling.

    To be able to guide and inform on enquired products / services and Handle queries

    • Should be Admissions Target driven with a problem-solving approach.
      • Learn/Upgrade one’s own Product Knowledge, Sales Skills, market understanding and other desired skills regularly to excel in the desired position.
      • Have good communication skills in English with good telephone etiquette.
      • Should have Keen interest in education counselling, Knack for sales and in mentoring.

Desired Skills:

  • Any Graduate / Post graduate degree
  • Good Listening and presentation skills. Should be persistent
  • Knowledge on Inside sales, Direct Sales , Career Counselling or Academic Counselling.
  • Knowledge on Lead Generation, Prospecting , Cold Calling from various sources.
  • Exposure to Social media and CRM would be plus with good computer interface.
